The family had to live with the consequences of false charges that threatened to overturn their life over a period of over two years. This was the case, having seen her brother go through the rough seas of misguided accusations, that she needed to come out with the truth, something that had been lost in the storm of falsehood.

When creating this story, the author tries to enlighten us on the hardships that we all might face at some point in our lives, as individuals and families fall into the trap of deceit. She does not merely want to shed light on the experience her family had, but she also wants to give a sense of comfort and hope to those who might find themselves in similar situations.

In her writing, she is trying to speak in favor of the truth and free discussion, believing that silence only contributes to the development of injustice.
